You mean placing several robbers on the same space so they can steal from the same figure? If so, yes.
The only limitation is that your robber cannot steal from your scoring figures, so you cannot place your robber alone with your scoring figures. There must be always a scoring figure from an opponent on the same space so the robber can always be ready to steal points from someone.
