Ausgerottete Ausbrüche können nie wieder aktiv werden. Eine Pestkarte mit einem Pestherd auf seiner "Wiesen"-Seite bleibt von der Pest bis zum Ende des Spiels verschont. Eine Floh-Marke kann nicht auf eine Pestkarte gelegt werden, so dass man dort vor der Pest geschützt ist.[1]

This tile could be occupied by a means of a magic portal (see The Princess and the Dragon), a flying machine (see The Flier (Flying Machines)) or a crop circle (see Crop Circles). There is no rule that forbids it once the source has become inactive.
Diese Karte könnte mit Hilfe eines magischen Portals besetzt werden (siehe Burgfräulein und Drache), einem Fluggerät (siehe Fluggeräte) oder eines Kornkreises (siehe Kornkreise). Es gibt keine Regel, die es verbietet, wenn die Quelle inaktiv geworden ist.
