15) "No player may score the Bookbinders district bonus". Where it is mentioned that? Here it isn't.
The Markets of Leipzig rules state that:
"Bookbinders quarter: For each scoring of a completed monastery (as well for monasteries of other players) you get 4 bonus points."
...so, if a special monastery cannot be completed our to the presence of meeples placed as abbots, Bookbinders quarter can be triggered.
