The contents of WICA are written in English and then you translate it to other languages. When you instruct MediaWiki to translate a page, it generates a version of the page sliced into blocks, the /en version, that is used as reference for translation. Ignore the /en version. It is something transparent to us the we don't have to alter or maintain. All your pages ending in /ro will be cousins of their /en counterparts.
