MeepleSource makes a 6-piece upgrade set which includes replacements for the Count, Dragon, Fairy, Mage, Witch, and Teacher. They also make two different types of pig meeples which can be used to upgrade the neutral pig from Wheel of Fortune.
This 110-piece upgrade set is produced by e-Raptor, and includes regular meeples, big meeples, abbots, pigs, builders, robbers, and messengers in the six standard player colours, as well as ferries, gold ingots, mage, and witch figures.

The Clever Baggers is a UK-based business that makes cotton drawstring pouches in a variety of colours. Unfortunately, colour selection varies depending on the availability of fabric.
These extra-small drawstring pouches from Artscow measure approximately 4.25" x 5" and can hold all the official meeples, as well as extra unofficial meeples, in one colour.
This scoring track by Novelty/Scott (C1) and Snearone (C2/C3) is double-sized, and can be extended to keep track of scores up to 9999 points with the aid of 10-sided dice, which have a zero on one face.
