In general, however: The use of the fan expansions for commercial purposes is not allowed. The Fan-Expansions may only be produced for personal use and may not be sold at any time. This also explicitly includes the passing on at cost price.
Introduction
Besides the official expansions, fans have created hundreds of fan expansions that you can print and play. Here are the rules for some of them. The rules also include interactions with other official or unofficial expansions, so that you have the option to play these fan expansions with the base game or some of the large official expansions.
