  1. Interpretation from the Community During a river round, the scoring is limited to a few cases:
    • Fairy points
    • Flock action points
    • Abbot points

Not mandatory
Paloi Sciurala | Posted on Feb 12, 2023 at 2:13 am

"Use the one included in Ghosts, Castles & Cemeteries instead of the one from the base game." – This is optional, but this text does not reflect that.

Relaxed the wording

The starting player
Paloi Sciurala | Posted on Jul 20, 2020 at 12:34 pm

"Choose the youngest participant as starting player (unless otherwise agreed)."- "unless otherwise agreed"- where it is written that?

Meepledrone | Posted on Jul 20, 2020 at 3:45 pm

This means you may decide to use a house rule, since this action moved to section 1. Decide expansions and rules

Robbers
Paloi Sciurala | Posted on Jul 19, 2020 at 11:36 am

"Score 3 points per remaining robber and remove them from the scoreboard"- you receive 3 points only for your robber, not 3 points for each robber.

Wording updated... You were right it was not clear.

Tiles
Paloi Sciurala | Posted on Jul 19, 2020 at 10:54 am

The German castle tiles and halflings rules should be updated (you can choose the tiles instead of receiving them randomly).

Meepledrone | Posted on Jul 20, 2020 at 11:55 am

I added all the options for Hafllings and German castles.

The bag
Paloi Sciurala | Posted on Jul 19, 2020 at 12:03 am

"Mix base starting tile with the rest of normal land tiles, if using the tile bag"- it is a house rule.

It is an adaptation of some C1 rules that suggested to mix the starting tile with the rest of the tiles if using the River. It may be considered a house rule in this sense. I'll drop it for the sake of consistency.

Additionally, I edited the start tile sequence to keep the base starting tile if you have to place the school, as indicated in the rules. This ensures that you can combine The School and any river properly.
