Cardcassonne The Carcassonne Card Game Klaus-Jürgen Wrede and Karl-Heinz Schmiel

Contents - 4 Scoring tracks in 4 colors (yellow, red, green, blue) [Fig Score track] Note The colors of the scoring tracks are not related to the colors of the followers.

They form a winding scoring track from 1 to 100.

  • 5 large followers in 5 colors

    • 30 cards per color consisting of:

blue cards = city person cards [fig with counters] building cards [fig with counters] animal cards [fig with counters] yellow cards = cloister [figs] red cards = road [figs] green cards = field [figs]

2 (dragon and fairy) [figs] 4 animals [fig] 4 buildings [figs]

    • 5 scoring cards

Overview and goal By skillful placing of cards and protecting card series’, the players earn points. At game end, the player with the most points wins the game.

Preparation Place the 4 scoring tracks at the end of the table, one above the other, as shown below, to form a continuous scoring track from 1 to 100. They should be placed so their “open” sides face the table where players will play their cards. The players will place cards next to these open sides such the card colors match the opening colors.
