== Introduction ==
Проект WikiCarpedia (или WICA для краткости) стартовал в июле 2018 года, был запущен 1 сентября 2018 года. Отцами-основателями ВикиКарпедии являются [[User:Decar|Decar]], [[User:MajFrost|MajFrost]], [[User:Meepledrone|Meepledrone]],  [[User:Sinscerly|Sinscerly]] и [[User:Wolnic|Wolnic]].


Главным стимулом и источником для его создания (кроме того, очевидно, любви к игре) был впечатляющий '''документ Полных Комментированных Правил Каркассона''' (англ. A lot has happened since the CAR was last updated back in May 2015. The CAR was focused in the 1st Edition of Carcassonne (Carcassonne I or CI for short) but it included some preliminary information on the new edition (Carcassonne II or CII for short) released in 2014.
