The Hans Statue fan-expansion for 
Carcassonne Base Game was released by Carcassonne Central forum member MMike (CarcC).

Rules
Preparation
- Choose a set of tiles (the Festival, Spiel tiles, etc), ideally from a mini-expansion.
- Shuffle the chosen landscape tiles in with those from the base game and stack them normally.
- The Hans Statue should be placed at the side of the table, and will be brought into play once the game is under way.
