Old time stamps from CAR
Do you think those are necessary? Those are from CAR history and I think we can delete it here. for example: (5/2014)

They may be superfluous for the general public, but I kept them for the sake of traceability on conflicting clarifications or rulings in the future (if any), for example, to be able to rule which is the latest one.
